November has been a month that I have dreaded.. and also just wanted over with. And here we are.. November 1st. Last year I couldn’t wait for it to come, we were moving into our new home. And this year, it is just filled with anxiety, honestly. After all my health issues last year I just want to get past this. I will elaborate more another day..
A friend on Instagram tagged me in a challenge.. to run, jog or walk 100 miles in November. I am always up for anything I am challenged to do.. it fuels me. And it is the perfect distraction I need for this month. A great goal, and one that will definitely be work, and up my running game. I am super excited for it, and slightly nervous. I decided to invite all of you to join me.. in whatever capacity you can.
100 miles in 30 days is 3.33 miles a day. Or 25 miles a week.. you can do this, I can do this, we can do this.
With Thanksgiving, and the holidays coming, what a great goal to keep you moving and in shape, especially with the cold weather looming close. Although I actually really enjoy cold weather running. And the super hot bath that comes after.
There is a hashtag for this challenge #runto100 but I have added another one, #run100withlee. Post pictures of your runs (jogs, walks), and I will do a weekly update on how it is going.. perhaps with some super sweaty selfies. I doubt I will be running daily, I will have some long runs in there.
